Volunteer emergency medical response for residents, businesses, and travelers across the surrounding desert. Formed as its own service in 1993 and connected with Nye County EMS. Currently 12 volunteers with a combined 144 years of experience.

A gathering place for anyone 50 and up, with hot meals, company, and help connecting to health care information, food delivery, and rides for shopping and errands. Dine in, carry out, or home delivery. Soup or salad $3. Meal with soup and salad $6 for ages 60 and up or 17 and under, $7 for ages 18 to 59. Call ahead to reserve.
